$170 per 50-minute session (see Informed Consent in the "Intake Forms" section for addition information on fees)
Insurance I am not in-network with private insurance companies; however, therapy services may be covered in part by your health insurance's out-of-network mental health benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Do I have out-of-network benefits?
- What is the out-of-network coverage amount per therapy session?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48-hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
